HotelTickle's very own IRC (Internet Relay Chat) chatroom. Stop in any time, or wait until discussion night so you can share your opinions with everyone on that evenings topic. It's a great method for getting acquainted with others in the tickling community as well as being able to express yourself on our favorite subject! Enjoy the room and it's cool features.
Webtv users will have no problem entering the IRC chatroom, but others may have to download an mIRC program into your system first in order to get in. This only takes a few minutes, and best of all its free! Here are the simple instructions for downloading mIRC.
1. Download the automatic installation program from either clicking on your pointer in the Hotel or by pulling the appropriate version from www.mirc.com (tell people to simply click on Windows95 or whatever operating system they have).
2. Run the application that they downloaded (MIRC541T.EXE, in the case of Windows95, which is what most AOL users and other computer users would have).
3. This application will automatically create the application program. They would then click the Start Menu, select Programs | mIRC | mIRC32 (which runs the program MIRC32.EXE, wherever it has been selected to reside, probably in something like "C:\Program Files\mIRC\mIRC.exe")
4. A window will come up showing "About mIRC" -- click ANYWHERE in that window except on any buttons... a new dialog box called "mIRC Setup" will appear.
5. Fill in the fields below:
6. Using the Add Server button, add the following server: "irc.duh-net.org"
7. Click on the button "Connect to IRC Server"
8. A Status Window will come up as you are connecting. After that, a "mIRC Channels Folder" window will come up. In the box "Enter Name of Channel to Join," type this: #TickleTalk
9. Click the Add button. This places #TickleTalk into your list of selectable mIRC channels. You can click it from there and be in the TickleTalk chat!
10. Enjoy!

Note: This chatroom is not to be used for sexually perverse discussions or topics. Any talk realating sexual desires with tickling should be conducted in an adult manner. Abusive language will not be tolerated. Anyone who does not comply with these guidelines will be banned from TickleTalk.
HotelTickle's Chatroom 2-If your browser is java enabled, and you don't care for the topic of discussion in TickleTalk, come here and set your own topic, or have someone meet you here for some private tickle chat. Group discussion nights will not be held in this room, only in TickleTalk. This room will not be monitored, but the same rules still apply. Please always practice good etiquette. |
