"American History X"- There was a brief but exciting foot tickling scene in it. In this scene, Edward Furlong (of Terminator 2 fame), who plays the younger brother of Edward Norton's skinhead character, comes into their apartment and sees his sister's bare feet resting on the coffee table. He then briefly tickles her bare foot and she wakes up and giggles/grumbles something to him. Great closeup shot of the actress, Jennifer Lien's, bare feet, and nice toe wiggling too. Definitely worth a look.
