
*Disney's JUNGLE BOOK (animated):
Possibly the Mother Lode of cartoon tickles in a single film. In order, there are four separate scenes: Mowgli is pounced upon and licked by several wolves; Mowgli climbs up on Baloo's back while the two are wrestling and digs into the bear's ribs with a foot, causing him to confess his ticklishness, which Mowgli takes full advantage of; Baloo tickles King Louie under the arms while he's holding up a pillar of a falling temple; Shere Khan tickles Kaa the snake while inspecting if he's eaten recently.
*RAGGEDY ANN & ANDY, THE MOVIE:
At the end, a giant sea monster with a hundred tentacles tickles the crew of an entire pirate ship, both guys and girls. A long scene while they decide how best to solve the situation...
*Disney's SWORD IN THE STONE (movie):
Merlin and Wart, transformed into fish, swim through seaweed, giggling that it tickles, then go back for more! Later, they are both turned into squirrels. Wart and girl-squirrel briefly tickle Merlin while on a lovers' chase, and Merlin gets it again shortly thereafter when a granny squirrel flirts forcefully with him, cheek-pinching, bear-hugging, and tummy-tickling.
*Disney's ROBIN HOOD (movie):
Prince John's toes get tickled by Sir Hiss, who's sleeping at the foot of John's bed, his tongue flickering in and out.
*WIZARDS:
Tiny pixie-fairies playfully surround and flutter about two elves, one male and one female, tickling both in the process. The female one seems to enjoy it, but comments that it's "no way to treat a lady."
*THE SECRET OF NIMH: (old Don Bluth movie)
Mice children tickle-torture babysitting crow, trying to force him to tell them where their mother has gone.
*AN AMERICAN TAIL:
Another Don Bluth movie. Fievel tries to demonstrate the "You scratch my back I'll scratch yours" affirmation of friendship to Tiger, but ends up tickling him instead. Tiger starts begging for mercy, but being a good sport he says, "No; more, more!"
*Disney's ALICE IN WONDERLAND:
Alice is tickled on her ribs by a crazy flamingo at the Red Queen's hedgehog croquet game.
*Disney's RESCUERS DOWN UNDER:
Near the beginning, young lad Cody is being carried around by a giant golden eagle (eagle has his upper-arms in her claws) and gets a quick rib-tickle from a talon. A vote of the golden feather award for skill go to the eagle for not shredding the kid...
*THE LITTLE MERMAID
Ariel tickles Flounder, seahorses tickle Ariel.
*GUMMI BEARS: [Disney channel]
--"Secret of the Juice" Duke Igthorne gives a brief history of torture for Grammi Gummi, culminating with the most evil tool, 'the Feather' (oooooohhhh). She is then strapped down to a table and foot-tickled by the ogres for the secret recipe of Gummiberry Juice.
--"Queen Of the Carpies" Throughout the episode, it is made clear that the evil bird-like Carpy king is extremely ticklish. Sunni Gummi finally takes full advantage of this and tickles his belly with a feather until he surrenders his crown.
--[Title?] Gruffy Gummi is briefly tickled by a griffin he's carrying inside his shirt; he warns it against any funny business again later on.
*DARKWING DUCK, [Disney channel]
--Videocassette vol. 1 - "Darkly Dawns the Duck Part 2": Darkwing is rib-tickled by his spunky adopted daughter while holding her upside down by her ankles.
--With "Valentine Ghoul" (title?), Negaduck tries to off Darkwing by tickling a carnival flame-eater. Too bad the flame-eater doesn't laugh, he just chokes on the flame and coughs up a fireball on Darkwing.
--In "Ghoul of My Dreams" Morgana's pet spider tries to tickle Darkwing into dropping a bag of magic powder.
--[Title?] As Launchpad is carried off by mini-aliens to marry a space-duck, he complains about being tickled. Not much to see then; later a "flash-back" shows better visuals (he's clearly enjoying himself) but no sound.
*TALESPIN, [Disney channel]
--Videocassette vol. 5 - "Polly Wants a Treasure": Kit Cloudkicker and Baloo come across a parrot that knows the location of buried treasure. The evil Don Karnage kidnaps Kit, and ties him to a tree, tickling his feet to get Baloo's attention. Kit's laughter is great in this one!
--[Episode?] Mechanic Wildcat and villianess are caught in helicopter wrecked by furry gremlin-creatures; she grabs onto his sides to keep from being sucked out of the craft, unintentionally tickling his ribs.
--Also, Video volume 2 - "Mommy for a day": Molly is tickled once by a fuzzy creature getting inside her shirt and again by Mom at the very end of the show.
*BONKERS:
--"Surreal Cereal": Policeman Bonkers checks for injuries on his downed partner Lucky, and finds ticklish spots all over Lucky's sides.
--In another, baby-sitter Bonkers tries to make his young charge go to sleep. The kid threatens to tickle Bonkers, apparently quite experienced on the matter, and pulls out a feather a yard long. He gets to use it on Bonkers a few times, especially on the nose.
--In a third, a tabloid predicts Bonkers will be kidnapped by aliens; he is, and the aliens try various tests on him, including rib-tickling.
*DUCKTALES: [Disney channel]
"Aquaducks" Launchpad tries to rescue Scrooge McDuck from an underwater prison. A sea monster tries to hold back their escape until Launchpad lets him have it under the arm.

Ten or more so far, most very, very quick. "Do the Rat Thing," where Jasmine (turned into a rat) distracts a stuck-up suitor from spearing Iago/"To Catch a Thief," Genie cheats at arm-wrestling by tickling his opponent under the arm/"The Vapor Chase," smoke-thief demonstrates it robbing abilities on Abysmal, who complains of being tickled/"The Love Bug" Aladdin's fight with mechanical termites tickles Genie awake/"Web of Fear," a spider-being gives Genie a rib-tickle to prove it's friendly/"Forget Me Lots," Genie tells a henchman to 'prepare to...giggle' in a feather-sword fight/"Love At First Sprite," fairy-beings tickle Genie to distract and disable him/"Vocal Hero," invisible Iago tickles a griffin into dropping the captive Sultan/"Shark Treatment," an octopus-henchman gives Genie a good tentacle tickle under the arms/and "Clockwork Hero," Carpet distracts thief bullying a small boy.

--Title? Pete's dog gets stuck hanging from a tree; Goofy's cat forces her to fall by tickling her under the arm. In the hospital later that ep, friendly gopher crawls inside Pete's shirt and makes him laugh, conveniently just before an X-ray photographer says, "smile!"
--Title? Army of invading flies tickles Goofy.
--Title? Pete is tickled by a pet octopus he inherits.
*CHIP 'N' DALE [Disney channel]
"The Lone Chipmunks"/"To The Rescue Pt 1"/"Throw Mummy From the Train" The first is the theatrical type, the latter are from the syndicated'Rescue Rangers' show. Chip and Dale try to tickle the villain by jumping inside his shirt and running around--not really much to see, I guess.
Where Goofy was in the African jungle hunting a lion. The lion pounced on him wrestled Goofy onto his stomach and, while sitting on his back, pulled one leg back and first peeled off the sole of his shoe, then licked the sole of Goofy's foot, sending him into hysterics...
"Mickey & The Beanstalk" As the beanstalk carries away the house of Mickey, Pluto and Donald, one of the vines briefly tickles Donald's foot and he giggles in his sleep.
Donald tries to take nephews on boy-scout excursion. Donald gets tangled in supplies and honey falls on his feet; a bear licks the honey off.
Donald fights with a goat while putting up posters. The goat gets a broom caught in his horns, and pokes Donald in the belly with it.
Mickey Mouse goes exploring into the outback with a boomerang. The boomerang tickles him when it flies back and gets inside his shirt. Mickey also later accidentally tickles the leg of an ostrich, who gets angry at him.
Mickey wants to become a lumberjack, with the grumpy Pete as his boss. Pete gets tickled when the dual-saw gets stuck inside his shirt and Mickey has to pull it out.
*WAGON HEELS/INJUN TROUBLE:
Ancient Warner Bros toonage. Crazed pioneer Sloppy Moe reveals the secret weakness (take a guess what it is!) of frontier terror Injun Joe while trailing after wagonmaster Porky Pig. Different endings; "Injun Trouble" ends as Joe tells Moe "Do um some more", while "Wagon Heels" ends with the hysterical Joe rolling off a cliff, and Moe gets in a quick crack at Porky, too.
*DEPUTY DROOPY/ROCKABYE BEAR:
Tex Avery toons. Unrelated cartoons, but with similar plots. The protagonists are threatened with dire punishments if they make any sound at all; naturally, their nemeses try various ways of noise-making. At one time each hero is caught in an outstretched position and gets tickled in the belly, and must come up with a way to muffle his giggles.
*GARDEN GOPHER:
Another Tex Avery. Bulldog Spike tries to cover up ALL the holes of a pesky gopher with his hands and feet; the gopher retaliates by burrowing underneath Spike and tickling his stomach.
*Theatrical BUGS BUNNY shorts:
--"Bugs Gets the Boid" Bugs Bunny gets carried off by dippy Beaky Buzzard. Bugs uses a tail feather to tickle the bird in to dropping him.
--"Bushy Hare" Bugs is carried by a stork to Australia where he's being chased by an Aborigine who he eventually kicks headfirst into a hole, then attacks his wiggling feet while he's helpless that way.
--In another, Bugs declares ("Of course you know, THIS means...") war! on a mall manager, and masquerades himself as a sexy gal. The man tickles Bugs' fake mannequin foot in the shoe department, and Bugs throws himself into the role till he's rolling on the floor.
--Bugs is sent back to Medieval times, and fights with a formidable armored knight. Bugs tries to break the armor with a jackhammer, which only tickles his opponent.
--"All This and Rabbit Stew" Very hard to find; features a since-censored stereotypical "blackface" character. Bugs uses tickling to escape a persistent hunter when dragged out of his bunny-hole.
*DAFFY DUCK: "Daffy Dilly"
--Daffy is a salesperson for amusement gags (like a rib-tickler--"Ladies, amuse your boyfriends?"), when he sees an ad for a millionaire who will pay big bucks to whoever can make him laugh. The millionaire's butler tries to prevent anyone from succeeding, but Daffy uses the rib-tickler on the butler to get inside.
*SYLVESTER:
--"Birds of a Father" Sylvester Jr. has befriended a bird and at the beginning of the episode, the two are chasing one another around, eventually ending up with Jr. rolling on the ground while the bird entertains him with its feathered wings. Cute giggling by Sylvester Jr.
--"The Yolk's on You" (Previously part of a Looney Toons Easter special). Sylvester steals Daffy's golden egg and refuses to give it back "Over this puthycat's dead body." Daffy says "Much too methy... I prefer to use the Ancient Chinese Tickle Torture," and tickles the cat under the arm with a backscratcher.
*WOODY WOODPECKER:
--"Art and Flowers" Woody competes with a snotty French painter to make a painting of a rare flower. At one point, Woody draws a pretty girl holding a pot over her head. The painter falls in love and tickles her under the arm with his brush; she giggles and then irritably smacks him with the pot.
--Another segment, hillbilly man (later of "Maw and Paw" shorts by Woody's creator Walter Lantz) tickles his own feet with his long beard as he sleeps.
*TOM & JERRY
--"Professor Tom": Jerry interrupts cat-school, uses blackboard pointer on Tom's ribs.
--"Love Me Love My Mouse": Jerry WANTS to get eaten to upset Tom's girlfriend, so he tickles Tom's foot to get inside his mouth.
*POPEYE:
--The episode where Olive gets tied up by pirate ghosts and milk is poured on her soles, followed by cats licking her feet.
--Also, Olive is running away from Bluto, and gets caught suspended from a beam by one foot, which Bluto then tickles unmercifully.
--Bluto gets his comeuppance, however, in another where he falls into a cage with a hyena with one foot sticking through the bars. With Popeye's help, he and the hyena have a laugh fest!
--"A Bad Knight For Popeye" (made for TV series) The dragon henchman Bluto hires turns out to have an extremely ticklish belly, which Popeye uses to his advantage in a couple inopportune times.
--Lastly, Popeye himself gets it from the Sea Hag, who's trying to perfect a villainous machine while he tries to stop her. She manages to get him bound onto a table, pulls off his shoes, and starts up a small arm with a white feather whisking across his soles, cackling, "Here's something to tickle you over!"
--There is another scene, from the Popeye series where Bluto is "Brutus," I believe. Olive becomes overweight and Popeye slims her down via a machine which rubs her ribs and waist. She laughs and says "Hahaha, stop it Popeye, that tickles."
*THE SIMPSONS:
--Episode where Maggie says her first word. While reminiscing, a flashback of Krusty the Clown in a 1984 Olympics promo comes on the TV. Sideshow Bob tries lifting a barbell, but drops it on himself when Crusty tickles his belly.
--"Homer and Apu". Depressed Quickie-Mart owner Apu imagines everyone is laughing at him, including a babbling brook. It turns out under the bridge are two bums tickling each other; one comments, "Who needs money when we got feathers?"
--300-pound Homer falls into an overloading reactor and blocks the release of radioactive gas. He has trouble keeping a straight face as he is de-toxed from underneath with sprays of water. WHERE he is being tickled is not clear...
--Finally, Bart brings Santa's Little Helper to school and the dog gets loose in the air ducts. Groundskeeper Willie is sent in after him, and the dog corners Willie and licks his feet. The kids hear Willie's laughter and chuck books at him; he ends up simultaneously laughing and howling in pain.
*TINY TOON ADVENTURES: [Formerly of FOX, now on Nickelodeon]
--"The Toxic Revenger" Plucky Duck tells Montana Max to "loosen up" as he tickles Max under the arm, thus catapulting him off a diving board...
--Title? the cast tries to prevent Yosemite Sam from being taken from their school. They try to scare off a recruiter woman in various ways, such as a lesson in comedy where they take off her shoes and let a dog lick her feet.
--Third, "The Return of Pluck Twacy" Plucky is playing a detective and Sloppy Moe from "Injun Trouble" shows up to tickle his ears, eventually ending up tickling Plucky's feet with his toes.
--"Bunnochio" Toymaker wants to make Buster into a doll; Buster escapes by tickling him under the arm.
--Title? After inventing a time machine, Plucky "meets himself" by going back in time, and proves he's really seeing himself with a tickle test. Later, time-stranded Buster pokes the belly of a "mirror image" and when it laughs he finds it's actually a lookalike ancestor.
*TAZ-MANIA: No episode names yet...
--Wendall Wolf tickles Taz while on a tree catapult and sends Taz over the horizon.
--Norse gods Odin and Thor use Taz as the target for a lightning-bolt contest; Odin tickles Thor to ruin his aim.
*EARTHWORM JIM: [WB Network]
Young Peter Puppy (regular character) transforms into a monster when angered or scared, but tickling him under the arm brings him back to normal. At least five out of thirteen episodes feature such an occurence, although there is little variation among the segments.
*PINKY AND THE BRAIN: [WB]
Title? Brain recalls being able to make old hamster friend Snowball laugh; one flashback memory shows him giving Snowball a good belly-tickle.
*ANIMANIACS: [WB]
--The Goodfeathers, "Bad Mood Bobby". The only way to break Bobby of his bad mood is to make him laugh; Pesto and Squit try to tickle him but are cut short by an oncoming train.
--Also, in title credits and in later version done by animated Three Tenors, the theme song states "Just sit back and relax/you'll laugh till you collapse", whereupon Dr. Scratchensniff or Pavarotti (?) is foot tickled.
*THE FLINTSTONES: [TBS & Cartoon Network]
--In one, Fred is buried in the sand by Pebbles, and Wilma can't resist his helpless feet.
--In"Adobe Dick", Barney and Fred are trapped inside a giant whale's mouth. The whale burps up a couple of feathers, and they decide to tickle their way out with Fred attacking the uvula and Barney on the side of the mouth.
--Third, the new nanny has kicked Fred out for not knowing how to take care of newborn Pebbles, and Fred practices on Barney in the interim. One of the practices is "how to play with baby", and Fred tickles Barney's toes while he's lying on a table.
--One of the shows' wacky prehistoric inventions includes a popcorn maker. Tickle the dragon inside and she'll spew flames to heat the popcorn.
--Lastly, Fred confronts a blowhard neighbor over Dino's infatuation with HIS dog, and the neighbor drops a stone fence on Fred's ankles, effectively trapping his feet. When Fred begs NOT to be tickled, the neighbor ignores his pleas with great vigor!
*THE NEW ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER:
Circa the late 70's; Tom, Huck, and Becky are traveling through classic stories and wind up in Don Quixote. Sancho Panza (Quixote's goofy sidekick) is kidnapped by the bad guys and foot-feathered for information. Quite rare, and if anyone has any info on this one, please contact one of us.

New version of old cat/mouse team & spinoff w/Droopy and son. --Title? Tom gets stuck under a mall couch with only his feet sticking out; Jerry pulls out a feather....
--"Tres Sheik Poodles" Droopy tickles a lizard to open its mouth and steal its diamond tooth.
--"Mighty Rotten McWolf" Droopy takes advantage of superhero-gone-bad Mighty McWolf's secret weakness.
--"The Maltese Poodle" Droopy tangles with criminal mastermind "Chubby Man", and tickles his belly with a feather to end a 'my gun's bigger than yours' contest.
--"McWolfenstein Returns" McWolfenstein tries to force a King Kong actor monster to fall off a building by tickling it under the arm.
--Screwball Squirrel remake. Grumpy groundskeeper wants a nap and pet dog Rumply tries to keep things quiet; Screwball tries noisemaking, including tickling Rumply's nose.
*WIZARD OF OZ:"The Lion That Squeaked" [HBO]
In this episode, a hyena captures Dorothy, and straps her onto a rack, covered totally with feathers. Then he tries to tickle torture her into giving him the ruby slippers, but the Wicked Witch intervenes too quickly.
*JOSIE & THE PUSSYCATS: [Cartoon network]
--Episode? Alexandra writes a message on the sole of Alexander's foot for him to take to the authorities.
--Ep? Alexander is placed in a pillory where a pendulum-like feather whisps back and forth against his feet as he's questioned.
*FOX'S PETER PAN AND THE PIRATES
The mermaids, jealous of Wendy, plot to tickle her to death. They call to Wendy hovering over the mermaid lagoon and, once in range, reach up and pull her under the water, tickling Wendy unmercifully until she has her first laugh drowned from her. Peter Pan and Company must search for Wendy's first laugh before it's too late.
*ADDAMS FAMILY:
Grandmama makes a voodoo doll of a witch, who says she is immune to pain. Grandma then tickles the voodoo doll's feet, and the witch starts laughing.
*DUNGEONS & DRAGONS:
"Cave of the Faerie Dragons" features a bantam dragon getting loose in a young magician's robe and running a few laps.
*SUPER STRETCH AND MICRO WOMAN
Saturday morning animated series about an african american husband and wife team of crime fighting super heros. Super stretch had the power to (obviously) stretch and Micro Woman could miniaturize at will. In one episode their evil counterparts from another dimension, Super Starch and Macro Woman invade our dimension. Micro Woman subdues her evil twin by shrinking, hopping up onto her sweater and tickling Macro Woman's ribs until she is weak with laughter.
*EWOKS
In one episode, giant carnivorous plants invade the Ewok village. One blow hard Ewok male orders a plant to put down two Ewok cubs. The plant grabs the Ewok by the foot, holds him upside down and tickles his foot with a vine. Later the laughing Ewok turns the tables on the plant by tickling it with its own vine.
*RUNAWAY RALPH/MOUSE AND THE MOTORCYCLE.
Ralph gets trapped in a summer camp bed by a girl's bare feet. He gets out by tickling her sole.
*PJ FUNNYBUNNY:
"Lifestyles of the Funny and Famous" (something like that) Part of those ABC Saturday Weekend specials. Weasel hangs PJ up by his feet to empty his pockets; PJ retaliates by tickling the weasel under the arm, who can't stop laughing after that.
*SCOOBY DOO:
--"The Curse of the Red Baron" two-parter 'guest starring' the three stooges. The Stooges infiltrate the baron's hideout disguised as burlap bags; when the Baron hears Curly sneeze he pokes the bags, making them all giggle.
--title? Shaggy and Scooby pose as museum mannequins to hide. The villain sees them and tries tickling Shaggy's foot to see if they're real or not; Shaggy has a hard time not laughing.
--Title? Shaggy and Scooby are attacked by a pirate-villain. Lacking in other weapons, they defend themselves with an electric mixer, which tickles his belly long enough for them to escape.
*PANDAMONIUM
Mid-eighties toon featuring kids and talking panda buddies. Tickling occured in almost every (?) episode, including one featuring the vicious Man-Eating...er, check that, Man-TICKLING-plant...that nabs the protagonists in for a good laugh.
*BEETLEJUICE [TV series, currently on Nickelodeon]
Title? A disembodied foot is the obstacle of a miniature golf course, and BJ feathers it out of the way; quicker than it could have been....
*ACE VENTURA, PET DETECTIVE:
Ace is protecting a valuable talking parrot, who gets eaten by a snake. Before it can swallow, Ace tickles the snake into coughing up the bird.
"COPS"
An 80s cartoon show had an episode where three midget gangsters disguised themselves as a grandlady's nephews to steal her jewels. When their cover is blown, they tie the lady up and tickle her with feathers to get her to talk.
"Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog"
The villain, Dr. Robotnik, ties a scientist to a tree and tickles his foot to get him to tell how his latest invention.
"The Real Ghostbusters"
On one of the Halloween episodes, Jeanine plays a trick on the Ghostbusters and they head towards her. You can't see what happens because the stupid animators showed the building instead of the action, but u can hear her say, "Stop, that tickles!"
*TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: [USA Network]
Three different episodes featuring everybody's favorite villain, Don 'The Tickler' Tortelli:
--In one, "The Hot Kimono", April O'Neal and her whiny partner Vernon are subjected to Tortelli's ministrations. (Tortelli gives up on April all too soon, though, claiming that she's too strong... but HEY! Why doesn't he take it as a challenge?!)
--"Berne's Blues" features April's boss and Vernon being run through the gamut throughout the entire show, from one set of villains to Tortelli, then abducted by aliens who apparently communicate through tickling. Unfortunately, the actual tickling is shown the first time, but only implied the next two times.
--In the third, "The Great Boldini",a pair of kids are bound hand and foot and tickled for information (only the boy is actually seen getting it).
--Plus, "Dimension X Story", Michelangelo and Raphael tangle with aliens trying to rescue Vernon; in a slapstick fight, one alien pulls out an electric feather and uses it on Mike.
--[Title?], Michelangelo and Leonardo are turned into toddlers. They get the audience of a kiddie show to gang up against the villians ("And what do we do to bad guys?" "Weeeeeeee tickle them!!!") Not that much to really see, though, actually.
--[Title?], while in a fight inside a pet store, Raphael is mobbed by puppies and lick-tickled into helplessness.
*KOKO THE CLOWN (a 60's update of the Max Fliesher Koko the Clown cartoons)
--In one episode Koko's huge feet are tickled by a squirrel-operated indian "feather toe tuchum machine."
----In another episode, Koko saves a friend from being hurt by Achilles by tickling Achille's heel.
--Next, Koko enters an old western movie, a cowgirl dangles from a cliff, holding onto a branch. A mustache twirling villain pours itching powder down her back. She squirms and giggles. Koko rigs a giant bow from an old tree to shoot himself up and rescue her saying, "This looks like a ticklish situation."
--In another episode, Koko and his friends land on a planet where they must make the king laugh. They are threatened with a visit to "the tickling room where you will be tickled to death," if they should fail.
--Finally, Koko and his friends are swallowed by a whale and try to escape by tickling the whale's ribs, which doesn't succeed since the whale isn't ticklish.
*TOM & JERRY: (Various made-for-TV)
--"Cosmic Cat & Meteor Mouse': when threatened by bully Bowser, Jerry tickles his feet to escape.
--"Jerry's Nephew": Rooster tickles Tom's feet to spoil a rescue attempt of Jerry's nephew.
--"Outfoxed Fox": Dog-bully corners a fox; the fox tickles the dog's nose to get away.
--"Gopher Broke": Tom gets his feet stuck in a gopher hole while trying to stomp a ball down to crush Jerry. Jerry finds a feather underground and wiggles it across Tom's feet while he tugs for escape.
*DANGERMOUSE: (British cartoon, don't know if it's around anymore).
--"Day Of The Suds" Dangermouse foot-tickles a bubble monster to trip him up.
--"One Million Years Lost" Dangermouse forces a pticklish pteradactyl to release him.
--"Die Laughing" A literal laughing gas tickles world governments into chaos.

Included: Turkey plays dead to Pilgrim Panther, then tickles his belly to escape/Pinky tickles an elephant to help break his chains/Pinky tickles a bouncer when cornered in a slingshot/Zorro-Panther leaves his mark on a horse, who is ticklish and runs off laughing/Pinky is coiled by a boa constrictor and tickles it to get free.

--"The Tickle Feather Machine". In an attempt to win the presidency by incapacitating all voters, Simon Barsinister invents a tickle gun, and fires at people saying "Simon says... laugh."
